Individuals must be at least 18 years old to establish an account, partake in skill games, or view. Contest participation is restricted for residents of certain Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland. Moreover, only Indian citizens are eligible to create accounts on Fantasyknights.
Users can choose from various payment options, including Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards (referred to as the "Virtual Payment Mode"). Users acknowledge that the processes and information pertinent to Virtual Payment Modes are subject to agreements between users and relevant institutions. Fantasyknights bears no liability for any issues stemming from these transactions.
We assume no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment issues arising from the transaction, or (c) transaction decline for any reason. Users acknowledge that the payment service we provide is distinct from banking or financial services. Fantasyknights reserves the right to alter fees associated with the Services without prior notice, and such changes are binding on users.
Users who request withdrawals are advised to monitor their registered email for correspondence from Fantasyknights regarding the processing of their request. Violations of Fair Play Terms may result in restrictions on user accounts and the suspension of withdrawal requests. Users found violating terms may be blacklisted, leading to the denial of withdrawal requests. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals typically require 5 to 7 business days for processing.
Winners are selected based on predefined criteria set by Fantasyknights. In cases with multiple designated winners, selection is determined by the order of their combined scores after the relevant round of the Contest.
Before each game commences, Fantasyknights specifies the number of winners and their corresponding winning amounts. In the event of a tie, winning participants are declared joint winners, with winnings equally distributed among them.
Users must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined by Fantasyknights to ensure compliance and fulfillment of obligations related to winnings. If a player participating in paid versions of the Contest(s) is identified as a resident of the specified Indian states, Fantasyknights reserves the right to disqualify that player and forfeit any accrued winnings.
In instances where both users in a head-to-head competition have identical teams with the same players, captain, and vice-captain, no winner is declared. Entry fees for both users are reimbursed to their Fantasyknights user accounts.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any ongoing Contests at any time if deemed necessary to comply with governmental, statutory, or regulatory requirements, approvals, or if the Contests are found to be unlawful or prohibited by law. Users of Fantasyknights services agree not to pursue legal action arising from such cancellations or withdrawals. No individual who is an employee, director, affiliate, relative, or family member of Fantasyknights is eligible to enter any Contest.
The company (or its licensors) maintains complete ownership and exclusive rights to the Site and Apps, including graphics and content. Users do not acquire any ownership titles or interests in these rights.
Users acknowledge that accessing and utilizing the features offered by Fantasyknights is done willingly and at their own risk. By doing so, users agree not to hold Fantasyknights accountable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, deaths, or property loss during access to the features, including participation in the Contests or as a result of accepting any winnings.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Applications, without notice or refund, at its sole discretion, for violations of these terms or any misuse of the Site or Applications. In the case of multiple violations, the Company may take action against all associated accounts. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to remove the Site and Applications at any time without assuming liability for any resulting loss or damage.
This agreement may be modified or removed by a court, authority, or competent party deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, while the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The Organization's failure to enforce any obligation under these terms or exercise its rights or remedies does not constitute a waiver. The Organization's waiver of one default does not waive subsequent defaults. No waiver by the Organization of your obligations under these agreements is valid unless expressly stated in writing.
Services are unavailable in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland due to legal restrictions.
The user and Fantasyknights mutually agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or related to these agreements.
